Directions from Anchorage International Airport to Agate Inn

The Agate Inn is approximately one hour from the Anchorage International Airport. The road leaving the airport terminal becomes International Airport Road.  Follow International Airport Road to the first overpass and take Minnesota Drive North to Downtown Anchorage. 

Stay on Minnesota Drive until you get to 6^th Avenue.  Take a right onto 6^th Avenue, which becomes the Glenn Highway as you leave Anchorage. 

Stay on the Glenn Highway for 35 miles until it intersects/merges into the Parks Highway . 

Parks Highway 3 - At the Glenn Hwy/Parks Hwy Interchange do not exit. The Glenn Highway curves and becomes the Park Highway. Travel 4.4 miles to the Seward Meridian Road exit at Sears & Wal*Mart. Exit right onto the Seward Meridian Road. Travel one mile to the next traffic light. Turn right onto the Palmer-Wasilla Highway. Travel one mile and on the left you will see Town & Country Furniture and Valley Rental Center all in a row. Turn Right onto Begich Drive just past the Aurora Dental Center sign on the right. You will only travel 150 feet on Begich Drive before it begins to curve to the right. At the beginning of the curve, take an immediate left onto Begich Circle.

Check in at the office at the end of Begich Circle, the last drive drive on the left.   There is a phone on the porch.  Call 373-2290 upon arrival for check-in.
